STATEEL GENERAL WARRANTY 

Stateel Fitness Sdn Bhd (“Stateel”) warrants to the original retail purchaser that the Stateel products purchased directly from Stateel (“Product”) will under normal use operate substantially in accordance with its intended use case for such duration as specified in each individual Product’s accompanying description, commencing from the date of original purchase of each respective Product. 



DISCLAIMED WARRANTIES

This limited warranty is not applicable to the following:


  1. normal wear and tear;
  2. defects or damage caused by misuse, accident (including without limitation collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorised repair, installation, improper storage, use in an unapproved device or if the Product’s appearance has been modified or defaced; and
  3. use not in accordance with the respective Products’ intended use case.


The limited warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser or user. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, AND STATEEL DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EXPRESS WARRANTY, IMPLIED WARRANTY, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT.



WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESSING


To obtain warranty service, you must contact the original place of purchase. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase. 


Please email us at [email protected] and provide us with the relevant receipt, Product to be returned, and reason for returning. Thereafter we will provide you with further instructions as to where should the Product be shipped to.


You are responsible for and must prepay all charges associated with transportation of the return and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to Stateel (unless otherwise informed by Stateel).


Stateel’s responsibility under this limited warranty will be exercisable, at Stateel’s option, either to repair or replace the defective Product during the applicable limited warranty period so that such Product performs substantially in accordance with its intended use case. Any replacement may be, at the option of Stateel, a new or remanufactured Product. If Stateel, in its sole discretion, determines it is not reasonable to replace the defective Product, Stateel may refund to the original retail purchaser the purchase price paid for the defective Product. 


All refunds are exclusive of shipping, handling charges, and all forms of duties and taxes and only limited to the price of the Product itself. You are responsible for and must prepay all charges associated with transportation of the return and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to Stateel (unless otherwise informed by Stateel). If you return any Product to without all parts included in the original package, Stateel retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you the retail value of the missing parts. 



Refunds/Replacements will be processed and paid/delivered within 2 weeks of Stateel’s receipt of the returned Product.




STATEEL RETURN POLICY


You may return or exchange an unopened and unused Product in its original packaging within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.


All returned items must include original proof of purchase. Products that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.
 
 

Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed.


In most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.


Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return an Item

Return Exceptions


All Sale items cannot be returned. Other non-returnable purchases include Jump Ropes, and Handle Attachments.

Items returned incomplete or without the original packaging may be denied a refund (Apparel in new condition can be returned outside of the sealed bag).
