Shipping Policy

Confirmed orders are processed within 3 business days. Please do check and ensure that a confirmation email is sent to you after placing your order. Depending on our shipping partners, order shipped out may take 3-5 business days to arrive.

A shipping notification will be sent to you within 24 hours via email/Whatsapp/SMS once your order has been processed and shipped out with a corresponding tracking number. Tracking status might take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping charges on your order is calculated and shown at checkout. 

Where do we ship to?

We currently only ship within West Malaysia. Shipping to East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak) is currently unavailable.

International shipping is currently unavailable.

Stateel Shipping Partners

We currently offer shipping via LALAMOVE or SKYNET. For the most economical shipping costs, we suggest using LALAMOVE for deliveries within the Kuala Lumpur and Selangor and SKYNET for all other locations within West Malaysia.
